I want to share something I experienced and would like to know whether it really means something or not.
I have been reciting the Vishnu Sahasranama daily for the last few months. A few days after I started, a street dog began coming to my house every day, twice a day at the exact same time. I would give him food, and I also feed birds daily.
Recently, due to some personal issues, I was not able to recite it for one week. During that time, the dog and the birds stopped coming. I thought it was normal — maybe due to the cold weather — and didn’t pay much attention. One day a random thought came to my mind, that maybe they had stopped coming because I had stopped reciting, but I ignored it.
However, after a week, when I started reciting again, the dog and the birds started coming back as well.
So I’m wondering — is this just normal coincidence, or does it mean something?

Yes, I’ve experienced this. I meet elderly people very often — they come to me even when there are many other people around who could help them, with things like getting a lift or anything else.
And there was a white dog that suddenly started coming to me as well. He would only drink milk and nothing else, no matter what I offered. He looked like he had been hungry for months, but he came, drank the milk, and then walked away.

Hello everyone. I am going through a very difficult time right now and am hoping for some spiritual or astrological insight to help me find a sense of peace.
My father recently passed away very suddenly. We were on a holy trip together and had just completed our darshan of Kedarnath and Badrinath. On our way down to Rishikesh, he suffered a sudden heart attack and left us. Earlier he showed signs of indigestion, and on our way down to Rishikesh we stayed at a hotel to spend the night. In the morning we took him to the hospital as he was unable to do anything properly. There he got a sudden heart attack and left us.
As I have been grieving and looking for meaning, I looked at the Panchang and noticed a profound connection between his dates. He was born on May 31, 1977. He passed away on May 28, 2026.
Both of these days fall under the exact same lunar phase: Jyeshtha Shukla Paksha. He was born as the moon shifted from Trayodashi into Chaturdashi, and he passed away as the moon was moving right back into Trayodashi — which was also Guru Pradosh.
He passed away just after completing a sacred pilgrimage, at the age of exactly 50 years, and he left the world under the exact same lunar light he was born into.
Does anyone have any deeper insights into the astrological or spiritual meaning of this “full circle”? To me it feels like a sign that his soul’s journey was perfectly completed, but I would love to hear your thoughts, or if you know of any scriptural meanings behind this. First of all, sorry for your loss.
But a soul who literally just worshipped Shivji in Kedarnath and passed away in Rishikesh definitely has done some good karma, as he got to go away this way. It’s very symbolic — almost as if Shivji gave him freedom from this tough world.
To be honest, we are all here to pay back our karma, and the longer we stay the longer the pain we face. The fact that he didn’t have to stay here and suffer in whatever ways for longer means he must have paid back all of his pending karma. Thus his soul left the body.
I’m sure if the karma has been great he will get moksha. What more can a soul ask for?
While for you it’s a big loss, for his soul it’s truly the ultimate best thing to happen — to be able to leave this planet full of pain and fly away happily. Take this in a positive sense and consider your father lucky.
Don’t worry — keep doing shraadh and give him water. I will be ok! Take time to recover from this phase. God is there with you all 🙏

He took the responsibilities of the family from an early age, when he was 18, as my grandfather died. So he’s been working from that age and taking care of our family. I think he completed his responsibilities and his karma, and finally left us after worshipping Lord Shiva 🙏
