1. Live consultations
- You are never billed for waiting. The session timer starts when the astrologer joins — never in the queue.
- Astrologer no-show: if the astrologer does not join, the full amount is refunded automatically. You do not need to ask.
- Dropped or weak connections: minutes lost to network problems are paused, not billed. If a session cannot resume, the unused portion is refunded or credited.
- Cancelling before the session: cancel any time before the astrologer joins for a full refund.
- Unsatisfactory sessions: if a session clearly failed — wrong chart used, the astrologer did not address your question, or conduct violated our Terms — write to us within 7 days with the session reference. We review every such request and refund or credit where the failure is on our side. Disagreement with a reading’s content alone (a verdict you did not like) is not a refundable failure.
2. Digital reports and readings
- Before delivery: cancel for a full refund.
- After delivery: reports are personalised digital goods and are non-refundable once delivered, with one exception — if the report was computed from the wrong birth details or contains a clear preparation error, report it within 7 days and we will correct it or refund it.
3. Memberships and free features
The daily briefing and chart setup are free — there is nothing to refund. If you hold a paid membership, you can cancel any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and the membership stays active until the end of the paid period. Where a promotional offer states different terms, the offer’s terms apply.
4. How to request a refund
Write to support@askdasha.com from your account email with the transaction or session reference (shown in your account history). We respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval, depending on your bank.
Please use support before raising a chargeback — reversed payments for delivered services may lead to account suspension while the dispute is resolved. Refund abuse (repeated claims against completed, correctly-delivered sessions) may limit future eligibility.
